If I place an order how long will it take for you to send it?

We normally ship everything within 48 hours of receiving payment (weekends not included). If there is a delay for any reason we will let you know by email.

Do you ship internationally?

I don't have a credit or debit card. Can I send an order in the post/mail?

Yes, no problem. Place your order by using the shopping basket on our website in the usual way. Once you have checked out you will be given the address to send a cheque or postal order to. Please print out the order confirmation or write the details down and send this with your cheque.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your t-shirt please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with the details. Our email address is sales@tribal-tshirts.com. We also accept returns if you ordered the wrong size and will exchange it for the correct size. Again, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Can you put my design onto a t-shirt?

Yes, we can do this on one or as many t-shirts as you want. Please email us with details.

What type of t-shirts do you use?

Our t-shirts are all high quality pre-shrunk cotton. The brands we use are Hanes, Gildan, Fruit Of The Loom or Fanshirt.
