How do I return an item?
Our no hassle returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item (40 days for international orders).
We accept returns if you want to change it for a different size or colour, you are not happy with the item or you have just changed your mind. To do this simply fill in the returns form printed on the reverse side of your address label and return the item.
Please specify whether the item being returned is to be exchanged or refunded. If the return is for an exchange, please specify the item that it is to be exchanged for, the size and the colour of the replacement.
The items need to be in the original and re-sellable condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact (tags where applicable).
You’ll need to cover the cost of returning your items but we’ll send out exchanges at no further cost.
For any items being returned for a refund, the payment will processed on the same day we receive the return back with us and reimbursed to the original payment method.
If you paid with a debit or credit card please be advised that this can take 3-5 working days to show on your account.
If you paid with PayPal you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal to confirm your refund within a few minutes.
